Description

Join the YMCA once a month for themed family yoga classes! Classes include games, yoga poses, breathing techniques, and information on how to incorporate mindfulness into our everyday lives. This is a great opportunity to bond with your little ones, meet other families and learn the basics of yoga. No experience necessary.

	Calling all pups to help with our mission! After we warm up with some PAWesome games and freeze dance to the Pup, Pup Boogie we will go on a yoga adventure with each Paw Patrol Pup! Feel free to wear your favorite Paw Patrol shirt or costume!
	Here come the yogis! Join us for some fun Bluey-inspired games like Keepy Uppy and Magic Xylophone and then practice some yoga poses and mindful breathing exercises while we listen to the peaceful music from the Bluey soundtrack.
	From the farm to the wild safari, we will use our imaginations to discover various animals and the yoga poses named after them! Feel free to wear a shirt with your favorite animal!
	Travel back to prehistoric times with us as we learn some yoga poses from our imaginary dinosaur friends! We will start class with a book about dinosaurs, stomp around to some of the best dinosaur songs and have a RAWRing good time! Feel free to bring your favorite dinosaur toy or wear a dinosaur shirt.
