Description
The City of Binghamton’s 65th Annual Columbus Day Tournament of Marching Bands, Parade & Italian Festival will begin at 10am on Monday, October 14, 2024. It begins at the intersection of Main and Arthur Streets.
The parade includes six area high school marching bands, Italian student and fraternal organizations, dignitaries, antique cars, fire trucks and sports teams. High school bands from Johnson City, Union-Endicott, Chenango Forks, Whitney Point; Athens and Tioga, PA will compete in three divisions for trophies and prizes judged by the NYS Federation of Contest Judges in Band Performance, Color Guard and Drum Major. Come support our youth playing their best!
The Italian Festival runs from 9:30 a..m. to 2 p.m., taking place on Water Street, next to Boscov's. Enjoy authentic delicacies from our local Italian community, and live music with Rooster and the Roadhouse Horns!
