Any child or family from Tioga County, NY is welcome to attend this Back to School Party from 10am-12pm on Monday, August 12th, 2024. This is a free community event hosted and organized by Catholic Charities of Tioga County. There will be free backpacks, school supplies, free haircuts and more!

***Children must be present to receive a backpack***
