Join WSKG for the next WSKG Expeditions! We will be watching a clip from a PBS Kids show, Sid the Science Kid, followed by some fun hands-on activities! Open to all ages; no registration required.
Calling all adventure seekers! Are you ready to take on the challenge of completing WSKG's Expedition Card?
WSKG is hosting 2 family fun events per month through April 2024. These events will be held at various libraries around our region.
Bring your friends and family along and explore the world of learning through play. Each event includes a short clip from one of PBS Kids shows followed by activities for everyone to enjoy. These can include crafts, sensory experiences, and other hands-on activities.
Upon visiting your first event you will receive an Expedition Card. Hold on to this tight, as this will track all the future events you attend during this month period. At each event we will X off one of the 12 boxes on your card. The best part: there will be prizes along the way! If you visit at least 9 of the 12 expedition events you will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win an Amazon Fire Tablet. You can follow along on the WSKG Expedition Card Facebook Group.
