Join us for a festive celebration with Black Santa! 🎉 The NAACP Broome Tioga 2135, in collaboration with NoMa Community Center and the NYS Division of Human Rights, is hosting a special event on December 23rd from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at NoMa, 80 Main Street, Binghamton, NY.
