Halloween fun is happening at the Owego Elks 3rd Annual Community Halloween Party on October 27, 2023. Smoky Legend will begin serving his “Ghoulish Halloween Delights” beginning at 5 PM ($$). DJ Rick Uhl will be playing some spooky tunes and taking requests. Free cider and donuts. Treats for the kids. Wear a costume and to enter for a chance to win a prize. Everyone gets a free ticket for a chance to win a raffle basket. Additional tickets available for purchase. Admission to this event is free. Fun for the entire family.
