This full-day camp at Phelps Mansion Museum in Binghamton, NY for kids 8 to 12 years old runs Monday- Friday, August 5 - 9, 2024 from 9AM - 3PM. Each day is filled with hands-on learning, games, and other fun activities designed to help your child develop skills and abilities that will help bridge the summer learning gap and position them to excel in the coming school year (and beyond). The camp is staffed by experienced educators that utilize a STEAM teaching approach. Each camper will need to bring a water bottle labeled with their name as well as snacks and lunch. The camp fee is $245 per child with early bird and sibling discounts available. This camp is limited to 20 participants. A $25 non-refundable registration fee along with a completed application is required to reserve a spot.
In this year's Amazing Kids Magic Camp, kids will unlock their curiosity as they learn the different types of magic from dinner table tricks to stand-up magic including how to control objects with your mind, make a monkey and robot switch places, and operate a time machine. They will also interact with Tic Toc the Time Traveling Cowboy as history comes alive when they examine artifacts, solve mysteries and discover amazing facts about the past.
