The Binghamton Philharmonic is kicking off a brand-new season, bringing classical masterworks and crowd-pleasing pop hits straight to downtown Binghamton! Whether you are introducing your kids to live orchestral music for the first time or looking for a memorable family night out, the 2026–2027 season has something for everyone.
Opening Night: Passionate Discovery
Date & Time: Saturday, September 26, 2026 @ 7:30 PM
Location: Broome County Forum Theatre (236 Washington St, Binghamton, NY)

The season officially launches with an inspiring musical journey led by Music Director Daniel Hege! The performance features Ferruccio Busoni's dramatic arrangement of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Overture to Don Giovanni, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky's lush and emotional Romeo and Juliet Fantasy Overture, and Florence Price's groundbreaking Symphony No. 1 in E Minor. Families are invited to arrive early for a free Pre-Concert Chat at 6:30 PM in the Recital Hall to explore the pieces before the curtain goes up.
