Get ready to lace up your sneakers and put on your favorite costume! Springbrook Foundation's 2nd Annual 5K Miles for a Mission Monster Dash and Fall Festival is happening on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Otsiningo Park in Binghamton, NY. This event is a fantastic way to support a great cause while enjoying a day full of family-friendly fun.
The event aims to support Springbrook's mission of empowering people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. By participating, you’re helping to inspire independence, growth, and community for those they serve.
5K or 1 Mile Run/Walk – 11:00am
Start your day with a scenic 5K or 1 mile run or walk around Otsiningo Park on the USTAF certified course. This is the perfect opportunity to get some exercise and show your support. Race to the finish line to support a mission that truly makes a difference.
Don't forget to wear a costume! It's a "Monster Dash" after all, so spooky, silly, or creative attire is encouraged. Register by 1pm for a chance to win the costume contest! Winners will be announced at 2pm.
Registration & Pricing:
- 5K: $35 (Day of: $40)
- Monster Trot (1-mile loop): $20 (Day of: $25)

Prizes: Top male and female finishers in the 5K will take home some great prizes:
- First Place: $500
- Second Place: $250
- Third Place: $100

Fall Festival! – 12:00pm–4:00pm (Free Admission)
The fun continues after the race with a Fall Festival that's free to attend! Stick around after the Monster Dash and enjoy a festive afternoon packed with activities for everyone.
Highlights of the Fall Festival:
- Live Music: Get ready to dance to the sounds of The Jason Wicks Band.
- Utica ZooMobile: Meet some amazing animals and learn about wildlife with this fun, educational exhibit.
- Caricatures & Face Painting: Transform your look with creative face paint or get a fun caricature drawing to take home.
- Raffle Baskets: Try your luck at winning some fantastic raffle prizes.
- Delicious Food Trucks: Satisfy your cravings with a variety of options from local favorites, including Batch Coffee, Bitez & Things, Pig Vycious BBQ, Vesucre, and the Zaiqa Halal Food Cart.
