Design to Inspire: WSKG Sticker Your Voice Contest Entries Due Oct. 11

Local K-12th Grade Students are invited to enter WSKG's Sticker Your Vote Contest

Calling all creative K-12 graders in the Greater Binghamton area - and beyond! WSKG is hosting the "Sticker Your Voice" student contest, and they want YOU to design a colorful and informative sticker reminding everyone about the importance of voting! ️

Here's the scoop:

  • Who can enter: K-12 students living in WSKG's service area
  • What to design: A creative sticker highlighting the importance of voting. Think bright colors, catchy messages, and anything that gets people excited to head to the polls!
  • The Rules:
    • Use the provided template available on WSKG's website.
    • One entry per student (no co-designers).
    • Keep it neutral! No presidential candidate names or political party symbols allowed.
  • How to submit:
    • Email your design to education@wskg.org
    • OR Mail or drop it off at: 601 Gates Road, Vestal, NY 13850
  • Deadline: All entries are due by October 11th, 2024.

The prize?

Three lucky winners, one from each age group (K-5, 6-8, 9-12), will see their design printed and handed out at local polling sites on election night! Not only that, but each winner will also receive a gift certificate and be featured on WSKG's social media pages.

Grab your crayons, markers, and creative thinking caps. This is your chance to make a difference and remind everyone that their vote matters!
