Get ready for a spooktacular Halloween! The Candor Children's Closet & Boutique, located at 1 Water Street in Candor, NY, is hosting a Halloween Costume Event from 4-6pm on Friday, October 11, 2024.
All children are welcome to attend and receive a free recycled costume (limit one per child).
Donations of gently used costumes are being accepted until October 10th at any public library in Tioga County, including:
