Summer Fun Awaits at Apalachin Library: Reading, Art, & Family Nights!

Sign up for the Summer Readers' Club between June 22nd and July 8th

Get ready for a summer brimming with adventure and learning at the Apalachin Library! Whether you're a bookworm, a budding artist, or looking for some family fun, the library has something for everyone.

Summer Readers' Club:

Calling all young readers! Join the Summer Readers' Club and turn your summer into a delicious adventure. Sign up anytime between Saturday, June 22, and Monday, July 8. Pledge to read each week, and once you complete five out of seven weeks, you'll be rewarded with a sweet treat!

  • Kids: Earn a free McDonald's Happy Meal for your dedication to reading.
  • Teens: Cool off with a free ice cream from Big Dipper after a summer of literary exploration.

Don't forget, there are regular story times for young children on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30am. (No story time June 25-July4, and August 27-September 5.)

And, there's an Adult Reading Challenge too! Visit the library to sign up.

Free Art Classes for Kids:

The Tioga Arts Council brings the magic of art to Apalachin Library! Unleash your child's creativity with these three FREE art classes for kids aged 8-12:

Space is limited, so register for each class separately by calling the library 607-625-3333 or stopping by in person.

Family Nights - July Extravaganza!

Mark your calendars for three exciting Family Nights at Apalachin Library this July, all starting at 7pm:
