Spooky October Family Fun at The Discovery Center of the Southern Tier

Visit the not-too-spooky, but so-much-fun, Haunted Halloween Hallows this month!

By Kate Fletcher, Macaroni KID Binghamton Publisher October 4, 2023

It's October and that means The Discovery Center has transformed into a not-too-spooky play space where kids can explore a haunted house, climb to the mad scientist lab atop the tower, dance their way around tombstones, and ride in a magical pumpkin coach. You'll find ghosts and friendly monsters around every corner of the Museum. And, don't forget to save time to visit the scarecrows and misfit pumpkins in the Story Garden!

ADMISSION
If you're not members yet, admission to the Museum is $10 for visitors over the age of 12 months. Admission to the Story Garden is always free.
The Museum offers discounts for EBT cardholders, active duty military personnel, veterans, and their household family members. And, [almost] every first and third Friday of the month is Free Admission Night when everyone can enjoy three hours (4-7pm) of unlimited play for $0.
