Looking for a free music program where children can develop their vocal skills?

Christ Episcopal Church, located at 10 Henry St in Binghamton, is inviting children, ages 6 and up, to participate in its new Royal School of Church Music-affiliated Chorister program. Church affiliation is not required.

The choristers will sing during the academic year (September-June) for the 10am service on the first Sunday of each month. The choir follows the Royal School of Church Music “Voice for Life” curriculum, a graded program that teaches healthy singing habits, musical skills and understanding, and repertoire, while also teaching ensemble behavior (commitment, punctuality, responsibility) within a context of Christian ministry.

Rehearsals for the youth choir will be held Wednesdays from 5:15-6:15pm and 9am on the first Sunday of each month.
