Build Your Child's Confidence with Ninja Zone!

Ninja Zone is the FUN new class at Head Over Heels in Vestal that combines gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training, and  more. Through training to fit your individual child, you can help build physical and emotional confidence. 

The most important part? Kids have a great time and learn through play!

Ninja Zone is available to both boys and girls, ages 3 - 11. Children progress through each level and skillset at their own pace to ensure a solid foundation and confidence to build on. 

Each child will have their own Ninja Zone uniform complete with t-shirt and Ninja headband. Once they have completed their skill card, they will go on a Ninja 'Mission", or moving up ceremony where they display their skills and receive their headband that symbolizes the next level in their training.

The fun atmosphere of Head Over Heels Vestal will allow each child to discover their strengths and get the encouragement they need to focus and improve in the scientifically proven very best way - through play!
